Term of Payment

  1. A 50% deposit of the total tour package price is required upon confirmation of the booking.
  2. The remaining 50% balance shall be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
  3. Prices may be adjusted according to changes in gasoline/fuel prices.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation notice 45 days or more prior to release. All refunds – except for actual costs.
  2. Cancellation notice 30-44 days prior to release, 50% billing process and actual cost.
  3. Cancellation notice less than 16 days prior to departure, the company reserves the right not to
    refund. (Non refund).

We reserve the right to change the program and price if necessary (weather, traffic) or any unpredicted situations.
