Term of Payment
- Pay 30% of the full price 60 days before departure
- Pay 50% of the full price 30 days before departure
- 100% payment 2 weeks before departure
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received 45 days or more prior to the release date: A full refund will be granted, excluding any actual costs incurred.
- Cancellation received 30–44 days prior to the release date: A 50% cancellation charge will apply, in addition to any actual costs incurred.
- Cancellation received 16–29 days prior to the release date: An 80% cancellation charge will apply, in addition to any actual costs incurred.
- Cancellation received less than 16 days prior to the departure date: The Company reserves the right to deny any refund.
